That is, by far, one of the best explanations of the different product lines that I’ve read!

i am afraid I need to disagree with this :P I have quite a bit of buzz for linkworth, and even with the partners account, I still don’t see any link posts coming in since last month :( While some blogging friends who are having standard accounts are getting more opportunities. And they are getting 70% of their earnings compared to my partners account, with just 50%. I submit my posts within 1-2 days usually yet… no link posts coming through for a while. How sad…

Also, let us get to know you better so that we can match you up with the right kind of LinkPosts for your Blog.

If you ever receive an offer for a LinkPost that you feel does not fit well with your Blog’s theme, tell us what kind of posts you’d prefer in the comment section when you decline the offer. The most common response we get if a post is declined only states “does not fit with my Blog’s theme”. Problem with that is that your Blog’s theme may not be obvious to others as it is to you. Instead, try something like “Does not fit well with my Blog’s theme. I’d rather write about (your preferences here)”.

Lastly, I often see great Blogs in our LinkAds database but not in our LinkPosts database. Remember to list your Blog in both so that you can monetize your Blog by selling links AND writing posts.

Doris, I was hesitant to even publish this because the last thing I want for you to do is feel you can pressure us into sending business to you. You are fairly new to LinkWorth and we “HAVE” sent you business. I appreciate a “go getter” for sure, but when you’re emailing me 2, 3 - 4 times a week and asking me for more jobs, it puts me in an unfair position. I don’t like being pressured, plus, I don’t do the purchasing. We put your accounts on the big white board and send emails to our staff, along with them reading themselves.

Also, I have not been getting any alerts of posts from your sites. Like Google isn’t indexing and/or notifying us of them. This is how we keep up.

We definitely appreciate the buzz and we have sent you business. Just please be patient and let it come. It isn’t just you that wants new jobs ya know! If we sent it all to you, then we’d have a lot of unhappy bloggers. :-) Hang in there kiddo…we’ll take care of you.

I can only recommend leaving feedback when approving and denying linkpost requests. I had a couple of satellite dish and divorce related linkposts waiting for me, that I felt I could not accept.

I had written some about the exact same topics earlier and had nothing extra to add, which would result in boredom for my readers, and not as good a post as it could be for the advertisers.

Instead of going for the money, I denied the posts and explained why I did, and now I’m getting a new set of topics, on which I have a new spin and opinion.

It’s in my best interest to let LW know when something is not suitable for my blog or readers, and it’s in LW’s best interest to try and match the topics to the right blogger. It’s a live exchange of information and feedback, which is only one example why LinkWorth stands out.

Thanks for publishing my comment and your open reply. I appreciate that. If you notice, I have stopped bugging you after our episode of conversation :)

As for Google isn’t indexing or alerting on my posts, it’s strange cos I ping often. Anyways, good for me to take note too.

I like the last line… thanks for the assurance :P

If I may be so bold as to interject here: good punctuation, proper capitalization and having a blog that reads like something more than a bad Marketing 101 assignment also seem to help.

Yes, it’s true: they call me “Venomous” for a reason.
