Billboard Link Ads Now Available at LinkWorth

Today LinkWorth is proud to launch its newest advertising product called, Billboard Link Ads. This new and exciting technology takes text link advertising to an entirely new level by allowing the advertiser to create a very effective write up about their product or service being promoted, embedding targeted linked keywords and/or phrases throughout the content and having the entire dedicated page hosted on one of our partner websites. So instead of buying a simple text link from someone, you are purchasing an entire page with up to 10 text links included throughout the content. In addition to everything already mentioned, this also creates relevancy on any website you partner with. All the sudden a not so relevant site becomes much more relevant. Increase traffic clickthru’s and link popularity at the same time.

The way a Billboard Link Ad works is, an advertiser builds their page of simple text/html content (no images or scripts). This BBLA is created within the Advertisers LinkWorth account and then it is placed on different Partner websites. The Partner creates a hyperlink from the link location selected by the Advertiser, using the desired anchor text/keyword. The link points to a new page uploaded to the Partner website uniquely named as the anchor text. This page has a line of code that pulls the Advertisers content from our servers revealing everything written and the hyperlinks to the Advertisers website.

This new revolutionary technology has benefits for both sides. Along with everything mentioned above for Advertisers, this also helps Partners build content on their own websites without much work at all. This additional content could help Partners receive traffic from the additional pages getting listed in the search engines. Of course the additional product offer, which is worth more in value than a simple text link, will help bring in more money to help fund the cost of running your website(s).

Announcing the anticipated LinkWorth Toolbar

Well after a while of tweaking, changing, adding, removing, scratching and waiting…we are proud to announce the new LinkWorth Toolbar 1.0! Hats off to Tom for putting his hard elbow grease into this project and it’s really turned out great. It’s a free tool that is very beneficial to anyone buying links, reciprocating links and most of all, to LinkWorth customers. Now the tool is available to LinkWorth customers AND non LinkWorth customers. And you have our 100% guarantee that there is no hidden programs that come with the toolbar. There is nothing beneficial to LinkWorth by way of using this toolbar, other than seeing our toolbar on your browser. No adware. No spyware. No hidden programs. No sponsored search results.

Just as a SEO tool, it speaks for itself. It currently will gather valuable bits of information on any website you visit. Just click the “Get Stats!” link and it will pull up the information and plug it into the toolbar for you. It’s a great way to see if a possible linking partner meets your satisfaction. You would want to know their overall link popularity based on the major search engines. Our toolbar will not only show you their backward link numbers and the number of pages indexed, but it also adds the numbers up to provide a value we call Linkrank. Not to be confused with Google’s PageRank which is a much more complex calculation that focuses on a particular page, not a website as a whole. Our Linkrank value is a scale ranging from 1 through 7, with 7 being the most popular. Our goal of the Linkrank is not to offer up a elaborate ranking system like the all mighty PageRank, but to help organize a given website’s overall popularity, if you’re looking for a quality link building service you can contact the right experts. The Linkrank value also includes more search engines not listed on the toolbar, so for those who are familiar with our Linkrank chart, we want to make sure it causes no confusion. 😉

The value of this toolbar to actual LinkWorth customers is wonderful. Partners who want to get notified quickly of a new pending link or an unread message in their account, the toolbar will do this. There are changing icons that alert you when a new item is in your account in which the icon can be clicked to access the LinkWorth login. Advertisers, there is also the unread messages icon alerting you of new messages in your account. If you have a combo account it will serve as both. Most important, it allows advertisers the ability to see valuable partner stats when searching through our database. Sometimes our stats window can be time consuming to open, so the toolbar will pull several important stats to help in decision making. We already have several additions to the toolbar for the future version that will put your account details in your toolbar, along with additional tools to run on website domains. We have created a new forum category specifically for the LinkWorth Toolbar, so any questions, comments or suggestions, please direct them to the forum.

Will You See The Google’s Green Comet?

For those of you keeping track of the Google indexing fun, you might be aware of the rumblings related to a big update the past couple of days. The green streak that flashes across our browser is set to make another appearance any day now and although seostronomers predict it happens every 3 months now, no one has been able to spot the little green devil to say for sure. It’s obvious something is happening out in the star filled cyberspace because the typically stable results have been bouncing all over the place causing storms of black holes sucking websites into deep, deep cyberspace where no one will ever be able to find them.

For one to really understand the math behind the madness of predicting the green comet and the realigning of the stars, you must be able to track it’s history with precise measurements and details, or better yet, know of a seostronomer that provides it for you. There are only a few known, but the one referenced is really all you need to track this amazing phenomenon.

If and when this green streak passes through your browser and lands on your website, the amount of green that does not get burned up while entering your browsersphere will determine how famous you will become over the next few months. If the green comet makes it through your browsersphere and your websitosphere with very little damage, you are said to have great luck and wealth for the next three months, or at least until the next sitting of this beast. For those who see the green flash of light burn up through their two sphere’s to end up nothing but white or grey matter, or just a tad bit of it’s tail left, you are said to have tough luck and struggle the next few months, or until the next sitting where your luck could turn around quickly.

What will your next few months be like?

To PageRank or not to PageRank

For those familiar with the latest craze brought on by the Google gods, you know that PageRank is something every webmaster feels he or she must have. Some stand strong by the necessity of it while others feel it’s nothing but a visual eye candy on the Google Toolbar. So what is the truth to this madness? What are the benefits to having a high PageRank? What, if any, are the disadvantages of having a great PageRank? Well, hopefully I can help explain and/or make some sense of it’s existence.

When Google first began using their fancy ranking system of a particular webpage, webmasters began to take notice of it and the importance of having a high ranking. Initially, having a high ranking meant having a high listing in the search results. So word spread rapidly and the madness began with everyone trying to figure out how to get their listing ranked higher than their competitors. People began to notice high ranked sites that link to other sites seemed to pass ranking down through simple text links. This led to link swapping and link buying. Matter of fact, there are several link brokers whose sole purpose is to sell you high PageRank links. If you are doing this, please continue to read.

This has been a topic with many advertisers and I always pose this suggestion:

“Give me any key phrase and I will show you at least 10 listings that have a lower PageRank and appear higher in the results than at least 10 listings that have an extremely high PageRank.”

PageRank is merely an indication of how often your site will be checked for new material. It most certainly factors into the search results, but having a high PageRank is no guarantee you will be listed in the top. So spending hundreds of dollars a month on high PR sites is a complete waste of money in my opinion. Not to mention it is not something the Googleoids like to see.

The Benefits of Having a High PageRank?

Benefits do exist with a high PR, but in the world of business, it shouldn’t be a concern for most webmasters. There may be other benefits not listed, but these are the most obvious:

1. When Google Toolbar users visit your site, they see lots of green in your PR rank. This can offer some assurance to customers that your website/service is worthy of a high ranking.

2. It assures you that the Googlebot will constantly be checking your site for new or changed content. If you add new information on a daily basis, this will help the new information be available in searches much faster. News sites would greatly benefit.

3. It can also make your website real estate value increase quite a bit. In other words, those who have a high PR can easily begin selling text links on their website and make a nice monthly income from it. As I said earlier, the majority of webmasters buy strictly on the PageRank because they still believe it will help their results listing.

As you can see, there are a few advantages to having a high PR, but not too many. If you are selling a good or service, PageRank should be the least of your worries, bringing new customers should top your priority list.

Disadvantages of Having a High PageRank

While there are not really any disadvantages, you could consider the fact of many webmasters bugging you for a link to their site. With the new software programs that sniff out high PR sites, it has created a whirlwind of webmasters emailing the owners of these sites begging for a link swap. These requests can get pretty annoying at times.

To summarize the purpose of this entry, the point to take from it is PageRank is not something you should waste your money on, unless one of the few things listed above apply to you. Just let your PageRank come naturally and buy text links from partner listings based on their content and other natural stats. Make your website popular for all search engines.

The New LinkWorth Toolbar

We are in the final stages of our much anticipated LinkWorth Toolbar. The goal was to create a simple tool that you can install with no hidden program installs or no hidden spyware or adware like most other toolbar creators tend to push on everyone. I guess to offer something free, they have to make money on it somehow to cover the time put into the development, but that is fine if they would just do a better job of telling you up front.

Well you have our 100% guaranteed word, the only thing our toolbar has in the installation is a toolbar, and that is it! We have no hidden adware, no hidden spyware or any other installation except the LinkWorth toolbar.

You may ask yourself, “What is the catch then?” Well the catch is you spread the word around about LinkWorth. We are working off of the same principle the big companies like Yahoo! and Google follow….give things away for FREE with no catch. All LinkWorth tools will always be free to LinkWorth customers and non-customers. Our working capital is generated through our text link advertising system and this funds our developments and maintenance.

Speaking of tools…lets get back to the LinkWorth Toolbar. Here is the list of features the LinkWorth Toolbar has:

  1. Alerts partners of new pending links (shows a new icon) inside their account with a link to the login page
  2. Shows a red X icon with eyeballs when there are no pending links for partners
  3. Alerts Advertisers and Partners of new messages in their account
  4. Provides real time stats on any website you visit in a matter of seconds
  5. Shows pages indexed and total back links for Yahoo!
  6. Shows pages indexed and total back links for MSN
  7. Shows pages indexed and total back links for Google
  8. Provides a link to the LinkWorth Homepage
  9. Offers a search field with the option to search Yahoo!, MSN or Google
  10. To gather stats on a site, press the ‘GET STATS’ button so it only happens at your command

So check back for the launch of this new and exciting toolbar. Buying links will never be easier!

Credit options for a Mortgage

Checking your credit score will help you determine your financing options; lenders use it to set your loan pricing and see if you’re able to repay your mortgage. Also, when you’re eligible for an auto loan, credit scoring models will look at your credit report to determine whether you’re an excellent risk for credit damage, and a lender may refuse to extend you the loan if they find out that you’re a credit risk. Also, if you want to apply for car finance in Perth, you need to click here and get more details on the same.
Some banks, including Ally, Nela, SunTrust, SunTrust, Nationwide, PNC and Wells Fargo use the FICO Credit Score for their credit applications. Some state offices also use the FICO credit score, although not all states have the same model.
When you apply for a mortgage, a lender will also look at your credit report. Many lenders will use the FICO Credit Score in conjunction with the historical payment history from your credit report to calculate your risk score, which can help them decide whether you are a good risk for credit damage.
In order for your credit score to rise, you need to make steady, qualified, and timely payments to your mortgage lender and you can get more data on how this work in sites . Your Mortgage consultants WA will set up a process for this and other requirements (see below for the details).
When will my credit score change?
The most accurate, current, and trustworthy information is contained in your credit report. The first time a lender looks at your credit report, they will not see your information but will be looking at your account history. If they see that you’re having trouble paying your mortgage payments, or are trying to access more credit, that should raise red flags. If you’re having trouble making payments on your mortgage and are having trouble paying your other bills as well, you should get more detailed information about your credit situation and address these issues as soon as possible.
Is my credit report accurate and up-to-date?
Everyone’s credit report will be accurate and up-to-date, but you may not know about any major mistakes or errors until its too late and the damage is already done.
You don’t have to worry that your credit report will be accurate and up-to-date at all, because the information in it is protected. The Experian Credit Report Guarantee ensures that no agency can take your credit report (or information contained in it) and use it to issue credit, or offer credit to you. Experian Credit Report Guarantee details on how to file a dispute about your Experian Credit Report.
Should I keep my credit report updated?
A credit score is calculated based on your credit reports, which include any information that has not been filed. That’s why you should keep your credit reports up-to-date in the normal course of business.
How often should I check my credit score?
The first time a lender checks your credit report, you don’t need to worry. They do not run a credit check, just check your report for inaccuracies and record that information for future reference. If they find you to be an excellent risk for credit damage and refuse to loan you the mortgage, they wont run a credit check. The decision to run a credit check is up to them.

Partner Payouts – “Where is my money?”

The single most asked question here at LinkWorth, which is a great question…”Where is my money?”. Any partner account that has text links placed on their site wants to make sure they receive their money each month. Well, hopefully we will do a good job of providing the answers to everyone’s question about partner payouts so this question will not come up as much. Of course there may be issues that arise, and we definitely do not mind answering the question, but it might save the partners the time to ask us the question. Or even get upset because they did not understand our policies. So here is the nuts and bolts of partner payouts, which can also be found here:

Terms of all deals are set as month to month commencing on the 1st day of each month. The initial creation of any deal will be for the remainder of the current month created, then the deal will renew automatically on the 1st of the next calendar month. Terms can never be changed or altered.

Payments are made on the 5th day of each month, or the first business day thereafter if the 5th falls on a holiday or weekend. All money paid is for transactions that occurred prior to the current month you are being paid on. So if the payment is made on January 5th, it will be for all money earned before January 1. Payments are made how you request them to be paid. To find optional methods of being paid, login to your account and visit the ACCT INFO >> PAYMENTS section for more information.

Renewals happen on the 1st of each month. All deals automatically renew each and every month unless the advertiser or partner cancels. Renewals that happen on the 1st of January will not be paid to the partner until the 1st of February. All payments are held until the term being paid is over. This gives advertisers the insurance their link remains for the time paid. Renewals are always for your full price agreed to upon the deal creation. Renewals can never be changed in price.

Amounts can always vary when a deal is initially created. As stated in the terms section, when a deal is first created, it is for the remainder of the current month, which will provide a prorated dollar amount for the first month. If a price is set for $100 per month, an advertiser buys a link from your site on the 15th of the month, the deal is for the remaining 15 days of the current month and the total amount paid initially would be $50.00. This will cover the remaining 15 days of the month and the deal will auto-renew for the full $100 on the 1st of the next month. In this situation, partners will be paid the prorated amount on the next month’s payout, as long as the minimum payout has been met.

Amounts of payouts will consist of all transactions accumulated prior to the current month being paid, less 30% retained by LinkWorth for use of our system. It will also consist of any affiliate referral payments and affiliate recurring commissions from referrals. If you have used any of your unpaid money to become a featured partner listing, this will be deducted from your payout and noted on your invoice. If you have a combo account and converted any of your unpaid money into advertising dollars, this will also be deducted from your payout amount. So the shortened equation of your payout amount is:

Links Sold (-) 30% (+) Affiliates (+) Affiliate Recurring (-) Featured Listing (-) Converted Ad Dollars

(=) TOTAL PAYOUT

Minimum payout refers to the dollar amount a partner must meet before payment is made. The default, and lowest possible minimum payout is $25.00 USD. When invoices are created, if the amount owed has not met the minimum payout, it will remain unpaid money in that partner’s account until the next payout of the following month. Minimum payouts can be set up to $250 if desired.

Invoices will be created if payment is made each month. The invoices are available in your account by browsing to ACCT INFO >> PAYOUTS. These invoices and payout listings will detail what each refers to. Each invoice with a link to view can be easily printed for your records if needed. No paper invoices will be sent with payments any longer since this information can be attained easily from within your account.

Now that you have your payments, the first thing you can think of is that you are going to spend it, right? Better try to save a little and take out life insurance. There are even providers that give you a life insurance with free gift, consult and you can see it clearly. protect your family from any fatality that may happen to you.
